We are not a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering design and planning services and therefore we are able to support our clients by giving them independent advice and acting in their best interests without ‘on selling’ other services, such as design.

Great Yarmouth Marketplace Public Realm
Leading the client-side project management for Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s Market Place public realm works, we aim to sympathetically improve the functionality of the space whilst being sensitive to the location’s heritage.
Hay Hill, Norwich City Centre
Hay Hill re-opened in October 2024, featuring a new layout with a public garden, level access, more seating, and a new water feature. Find out more about our involvement with this project and our work with Norwich City Council.
