Greyfriars Project Management is one of the few companies in the UK with expertise delivering major projects as the client.

We are a dynamic consultancy with vast experience delivering public and private sector projects spanning major infrastructure, planning and civil engineering.

Collaboration is at our core and we understand the priorities for all parties. Our mission is to help our clients thrive by providing the most effective and efficient project management services.

Jon Barnard

Director

Jon has 20 years’ experience delivering major projects for local authorities, design consultancies and civils contractors. Jon is an industry leader in project management, delivery and planning strategy and regularly speaks at national conferences about best practice approaches. Jon’s specialisms include delivering major infrastructure through the Planning Act 2008 Development Consent Order process as well as traditional planning routes.

Kate Berritt

Head of Finance

Kate has almost 20 years’ experience in finance in a range of sectors, including retail, music and property. Kate is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and her focus is on internal finance. She supports the business to work efficiently and strategically in order to help the business grow and diversify, whilst realising its financial aspirations.

Steve Logan

Project Manager, Masterplanner and Urban Designer

Steve has over 30 years in architecture, masterplanning and project management, 20 years at partner/director level in large practices, and ran his own small practice successfully for 9 years. Steve has delivered significant large scale projects of regional and national importance, including new settlements, major urban regeneration, and award winning individual buildings.

Tom Warnes

Project Manager

Tom has over two decades experience on construction sites, including fifteen years site managing and nine as site engineer. He brings to Greyfriars a highly technical understanding of construction and its details, as well as excellent recent knowledge of framework contracts across Norfolk and Suffolk, from new builds and extensions to refurbishments of live schools and local government industrial units.

Stephen Day

Project Manager

Stephen is a chartered engineer with extensive experience of taking projects from inception to completion within both the public and private sectors. He has over 30 years’ experience dealing with clients, consultants and contractors, spanning multi-million pound programs in clean & waste water, rivers & coastal, oil, and power industries, as well as health services, estates and local government. He has delivered project values from £1m to £500m; with durations ranging from a few months up to 5 years.

Kate Dinis

Project Manager

Kate is a Project Manager with over 4-years’ experience, specialising in the end-to-end delivery of high profile and large value orders. She has comprehensive knowledge of the design, procurement, and engineering processes of products for the maritime industry and a lengthy record of proven success in delivering numerous multi-million-pound contracts, often under tight deadlines and stringent budgets.

Aileen Moncur

Project Manager

With an MBA and a background in industrial engineering, Aileen has several years’ experience in project development, planning, consultancy and business controls in different industry sectors, ranging from mining, infrastructure and real estate to retail. She has international experience, having participated in projects in various countries in Latin America and the UK.

Richard Loveland

Project Manager

Richard is a Project Manager & Chartered Surveyor with over 22 years surveying and construction experience, focusing on the project management, design, planning, build and refurbishment of construction projects. With a wide spectrum of technical skills including project planning and programming, detailed surveying, hazard/risk assessment, investigation and reporting. Within the majority of the projects, he has acted as the project manager / lead, client-side representative and contract administrator.

Emily Harvey

Junior Project Manager

Emily’s experience spans a variety of analysis, supplier management and transformation project-based finance roles. Emily has used this knowledge to support on Local Authority and construction projects, developing control tools to assist in project delivery. Emily’s key skills include data analysis, programme support, development of KPI tracking tools, cost management and supplier performance management.

Simon Coombes

Assistant Project Manager

Simon has a breadth of experience across varied industries that have allowed him to build exceptional organisational, administration and time management skills, whether coordinating a surge team on a critical care ward during the pandemic or managing a multi-award-winning pub. He brings to Greyfriars a problem solving and resourceful manner that is second to none.

Carola Wayne

Assistant Project Manager

Carola is a masters graduate with a strong background in campaign management and customer service. Carola is providing high quality support across Greyfriars’ project portfolio drawing on her proven track record running multiple simultaneous projects and significant experience in relationship and stakeholder management. Carola’s specialisms include heritage and historic environments, research, geographic information systems and reporting.

Roland Richer

Assistant Project Manager

Roland joined Greyfriars after completing a four-year degree apprenticeship in Construction Management. With over four years of industry experience across various sectors, including education, defence, justice, commercial and energy, Roland previously worked a 50/50 split of Health & Safety / Project Management, giving him a wide reach of knowledge and experience in both fields. Alongside his BSc, Roland holds a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and an IOSH/APS accredited Design Risk Management Certificate, aiming to progress through PRINCE2 qualifications and APM chartership.

Ashley Gray

Project Officer

Ashley utilises his experience in a variety of industries to provide an organised project experience. With key experience in property refurbishment for private clients and landlords, Ashley brings hands-on construction knowledge to projects, as well as a strict eye for detail in administration and time management.   

Steff Jones

Business Development Manager

Steff has a decade of experience managing successful environmental and sustainability projects for public and private sector clients, including a multi award-winning sustainable transport and behaviour change project. Steff’s professional qualifications include project management, PR, leadership and management. Steff brings business management skills from her experience as trustee of a large wildlife charity.

Rebecca Laston

Business Coordinator

Rebecca is an experienced Business Administrator with a solid foundation in administration, organisation and quality management. Coming from a background in customer service, business development and HR, she brings to Greyfriars a methodical and detail-oriented approach along with a wide range of administrative skills.
