Great Yarmouth Business Incubator

The Great Yarmouth Incubator is an exciting project in South Denes, working for Great Yarmouth Borough Council. The aim of the project is to create a new Business Incubation centre, to provide facilities and support for start-up business.

The development is located on the south beach parade, ideally situated to support the offshore sector in particular the Operations & Maintenance project, also being project managed by Greyfriars Project Management. The project will be delivered over 3 phases, with the initial phase 1 development including a new 1,220 sqm building with approximately 20% office space and 80% light industrial.

In addition to providing physical space, the Incubator will also provide training and mentoring of young businesses to ensure their growth and success in the medium and long term.

World Horse Welfare Centre, Snetterton

Greyfriars Project Management worked with World Horse Welfare to deliver the redevelopment of buildings on their Snetterton site, creating new buildings and facilities that allowed the charity to better deliver the specialist care they provided for horses in need.

Trees for Cities, Great Yarmouth

This project planted over 500 trees to support green jobs and provide a boost for nature recovery. Expanding tree canopy cover increased resilience against the effects of climate change and supported local greening and biodiversity strategies in response to the climate crisis.
