Greyfriars Project Management provides independent, professional project management support services which enable clients to meet their objectives and requirements for every stage of the project, from conception to completion.
Our clients’ projects are wide ranging from major infrastructure and developments for Local Government organisations, to one-off build projects for private developers. We can provide project management service for all types of building, transport and placemaking projects.
Project health checks & independent advice
Greyfriars Project Management understands that clients may have long existing relationships with a range of consultants and will not need hands on project management services. However as part of best practice it is prudent on larger projects to carry out independent project reviews, health checks or gateway style reviews at key decision points to enable clients to make informed decisions on the next stage of the project life cycle.
The process includes interviewing the project team, including the wider client team if necessary, and reviewing key project documentation. Greyfriars Project Management’s experienced reviewers will produce a confidential report with findings and recommendations that identify areas that are doing well and areas that need strengthening. This report can be used to demonstrate good governance and that the project is being managed appropriately with the correct resources and controls in place. This can be particularly useful when identifying additional resources that are required when reporting to a project board.
