Highways England are currently undertaking a £300m, 6 scheme upgrade to the A47 trunk road, which runs from Leicester in the west to Lowestoft in the east.
Improvements in Norfolk include:
- Thickthorn junction improvements
- Tuddenham dualling
- Blofield to Burlingham dualling
Highways England have appointed Galliford Try Construction to deliver the projects which aim to reduce congestion, improve traffic safety and flow which will contribute to economic growth through increased reliability on travel times.
Greyfriars Project Management is currently supporting the delivery team by drawing on its in-depth experience of the Planning Act 2008 and its strong record of infrastructure delivery in the eastern region.
