Service overview:
Greyfriars Project Management works collaboratively with CP Groundworks in managing the delivery of civil engineering and groundworks projects as subcontractor to leading construction companies.
We provide support to CP Groundworks through:
• Leading project management in line with NEC contracts
• Co-ordination of site records to inform revisions to contract programmmes
• Production of contract programmes
• Contract administration

Some examples of the projects we have supported on:
• A14 Claydon: Drainage upgrade to roundabout
• A47 Longwater: Drainage renewal as part of National Highways scheme
• A31 Ringwood: National Highways widening of the Westbound Carriageway between Ringwood and Verwood Junction from two lanes to three will provide increased road capacity and improve congestion, delays and safety. (A31 Ringwood road widening – Highways England [nationalhighways.co.uk])
• Crawley – The Eastern Gateway Scheme forms part of the Crawley Growth Programme. A £8.5 Million scheme looks to bring together various projects within the Growth Programme and create a connected public space to support the regeneration (The Eastern Gateway scheme – West Sussex County Council)

Greyfriars Project Management are working with World Horse Welfare to deliver the redevelopment of buildings on their Snetterton site.
Trees for Cities, Great Yarmouth
This project will plant over 500 trees to support green jobs and provide a boost for nature recovery. Expanding tree canopy cover will increase resilience against the effects of climate change, and support local greening and biodiversity strategies in response to the climate crisis.
