Our staff have over 20 years of major project delivery, our project experience has ranged from £20,000 local projects up to £200m+ major infrastructure. We work on all aspects of project delivery from inception and route or option analysis all the way through to closing of final accounts once the project has been completed.
We understand that delivery of projects can be complex particularly with a varying range of stakeholder engagement. However, the basics of planning, programming, finance management and delivery is very similar whether you are planning to renovate your bathroom, extend your home, gain planning for a major housing development or delivering a £150m plus new access road.
We pride ourselves in simplifying the process for the client to enable them to understand what is happening and in fact what they would like to do themselves or require our assistance on.
We are so fortunate in the East of England to have some of the most creative, passionate and talented people and businesses in the UK and we believe that this gives your project the unique and personal service which is distinctly lacking in the market. We are passionate about delivery using local trades and contractors wherever possible.
I hope you have found this first post interesting and informative, if you have any suggestions on items you would like us to cover, please contact us on email@example.com
