Employer’s agent and contract administration
Greyfriars has experience supporting clients by providing employer’s agent and contract administrator services. We can ensure that your project design and build contract is administered correctly and that the project remains on budget and on programme.
In addition to providing contract administration we can provide additional support such as co-ordinating the procurement process, collating contract documents and implementing change control procedures.
