Greyfriars Cost Management turns ONE: A year of impact across East Anglia

Today we celebrate the 1st Anniversary of Greyfriars Cost Management—and what a first year it’s been.

Founded by Tim Boucher (MRICS) & Jon Barnard (MAPM), Greyfriars Cost Management set out with a simple promise: clarity, value and no surprises. From day one, we’ve combined rigorous cost planning with the collaborative, people‑first approach that the construction sector deserves.

  • A team of five—including a T‑Level, a Trainee and a Graduate Surveyor (with our Graduate QS joining in January)

From our opening event to new appointments, the last twelve months have been punctuated by moments that matter. We kicked off with an opening party that brought clients, partners and friends together to mark the start of the journey.

That early energy translated into delivery: highlights include our appointment on Sloughbottom Park—a community‑focused scheme that embodies our commitment to cost certainty and public value.
